Malibu 4-Cylinder LTZ Question

I cannot find a website on this Earth that has the correct pricing for the LTZ 4-cylinder. Edmunds correctly deducts for the Spring 4-Cylinder option, but they leave off the wheel option.

My question is this: can you get the 18" wheels (same ones that are on the LTZ V6) on the 4' Cylinder LTZ? Those 17" G6 plastic-chrome ones that the LTZ 4-cylinder has are blah. If so, how much is the option to get them?

Thanks.

For 2008, they only come as the "LTZ Spring Special" for a $825 discount from a regular LTZ.

The only wheels that come with them so equipped are the chrome-tech G6 wheels, or originally G6 wheels, with zero option in that category. You could throw anything on afterwards, of course, including the LTZ V6 wheels and tires BUT must also remember that something like those tires and all give a 1" diameter increase overall, as the tires aren't any shorter, and the car would have to be reflashed to have a correct speedo, odo, etc.

That last question was something someone else brought up elsewhere, who actually bought a 1LT that a dealer had thrown a set of extra 18" LTZ V6 wheels and tires on and they weren't sure about the size difference. I assumed as they offer GM accessory wheels for the Malibu in 18", which can go on any model, there's also a dealer Tech 2 reflash to go with them so things stay correct, but am not 100%.

I've seen a few of these models around so far on lots and keep wanting to drive one, at least to compare to our '08 2LT. Funny enough, the local dealer just ordered THREE LTZ 4-cyl's for I think some of their last Malibus for the year...likely hoping for a good reaction with the popular LTZ trim but a 4-cyl due to gas.
