A huge price cut has made the Chevy Silverado EV even better to lease. According to the latest incentive data, 2025 Chevy Silverado EVs can now be leased for just $699 per month. Despite having similar MSRPs on paper, our analysis found that an all-electric Silverado can undercut a Tesla Cybertruck by nearly $250 per month.

The 2025 Chevy Silverado EV is listed at $699 for 24 months with $5,979 due at signing. That's based on an MSRP of $79,095 for the LT trim with 10,000 miles a year and has an effective monthly cost of about $948 before taxes & fees. Tesla's website says the 2025 Cybertruck leases for 24 months at $820 with $9,015 at signing.

Per our records, this month's 2025 Silverado EV lease is $110 per month cheaper than before, making this a substantial price cut.

I've seen exactly one on the road so far, a WT with the local electric company. I see quite a few Lightnings. A local dealer has three SilvyEV out front plus a couple of Hummers, it looks like the 2025 LT Ext Range lists around $75K. Not sure if they've sold any of them.

The GM trucks are selling very well here on Long Island and in New York City. Silverado EVs, Hummers and Lyriqs are almost commonplace. I would assume however, they are all leased, as the local dealers are advertising extreme lease deals constantly. The Lyriqs are the new Lincoln Town cars in Manhattan.

I have seen a few ESilverado's around SW Ontario. On Wednesday I had to drop off a large item at a excavating firm at Oxford Centre. As I was leaving the yard with the over abundance of show and cold weather we are experiencing this winter they had a charging station with two E Silverado's and three E Lightning's plugged in.
In today's National Post in the automotive section they ran a story on cold weather driving with 14 EV vehicles from 10 different manufactures. It was a cold weather test done in Quebec and it was a one way trip to the final destination in Mont Tremblant. The journalist were to drive their vehicle until it stopped running due to the dead battery. The E Silverado and the Honda Prologue continued to run 28 kms after the gauge showed 0 meanwhile the E Lightning, Hyundai Ioniq 5 and the Kia EV9 stopped running at 0 charge. The E Silverado and Polestar 2 won the competition driving 14 percent less than their posted range. Bravo Chevrolet.

Yeah, I've seen several Cyberdorks, but haven't seen an EV Silvy yet. I see a white Shelby Raptor a few times a week, LOL.
