GMC has literally been the ONLY GM brand in North America that has stuck to their purpose and marketing strategy for nearly 10+ years. The "We are professional grade" stuff has stuck, and looking at their buyer statistics...it seems to be effective too.

Each press event I go to, designers are THRILLED to tell me that they finally get to give GMC its own design DNA. We're starting to see the fruits of their labor now:

Best looking overall lineup at GM? I'd say yes. GMC has become GM's hidden gem.

We saw a Sierra All-Terrain in burgundy yesterday that was drop dead gorgeous. Probably well over $50K but nicely packaged.

I would say it's a tossup between RAM and Sierra for me. I also agree I prefer the SLT with the multi-spoke 20" chrome wheels vs. the Denali. A bit to garish for me. I'd take mine in Iridium Metallic w/ Sand leather.

It's obvious GM is starting to separate GMC and Chevrolet and it certainly shows in GMC's pricing these days.

I can't understand why you can't get Fire Red with the All Terrain Package. That color with the machined / charocoal wheels and color matched bumpers would be beautiful, plus the red accents in the leather stitching so tie it in further. If that combo was available, that would be what I would order in this fall or next spring when I am ready to replace my 06.

Here's to hoping GM makes it available for the '15s.

Un related to color, but I also wish the max tow package was available with the All Terrain package.

That's a nice lineup, but I agree with GTP that it needs 2 models. The Envoy is a no brainer, GM needs a true Grand Cherokee competitor and GMC is the perfect brand to put it. Then it needs something compact, Granite comes to mind.

I miss my SLT.. :(

I agree with everything here. Best looking trucks on the market, I also like the gmc interior better. A Canyon Denali or Sierra SLT is in my future, I'm not sure which, but I'm looking at 2017-18 to purchase. Also, would love to see the envoy return, add that to the list of choices for my next vehicle.

GMC has always been the best looking truck. Just wish the Sierra had a different dash to further differentiate it from the Silverado. Don't agree with the new headlights on the Yukon's either. That look has been patented by Cadillac and shouldn't have been put on the SUV's.

GMC has become GM's hidden gem.
I found it long before now. :D

Fun fact: #1 purchase reason for Sierra is "styling".
Other than the 1994 MCE which I feel looked better for the full size Chevys, the GMCs have been more appealing to me. I wanted this black truck when Motor Trend ran their first look article.

I saw a truck just like that at my local dealer yesterday. I dared to not stop for fear of sticker shock.

Mmmm yes please.
Damn you. For all of the staged photos GM took of the Sierra, that one is better than most of them.

I really like the red/white gauge cluster lighting design better than all white or all red.

GMC looks very handsome, but boring to me. They could do better.
Most buyers don't like wild new designs in their trucks. I'd say the 2015 Colorado has the most "exotic" truck nose. But, it also looks great.

I'll repeat once again to make it heard. GRAND CHEROKEE COMPETITOR. + a more luxurious, stylish Cadillac based on it.

Everything about GMC is superior to Chevy. From the product to its marketing, it soars above. One thing I wish they'd consider, is trying something more striking and different from the Denali grill. Its become a bit of an aged look. It is classy, but if they could experiment with something really bold looking that would be great. Look at the new Escalade grill, its much less complex but way more bold than before and its a total winner.

Care to elaborate on that? other than Denali trim, how is a GMC superior to it's Chevy counterparts? Looks are subjective, so leave that out.

My future HD will very likely be a GMC. Right now I'm trying to decide if I want a loaded SLT or just go for the Denali. The prices are similar. I guess it just comes down to if I like painted bumpers or not. I'm a traditionalists and like chrome bumpers, but have owned several SUVs with painted bumpers (Z71 Tahoe, Z71 Suburban and now GMC Yukon XL). I do certainly like the Denali seats and interior trim better. The Denali really is a good deal if you're going for a loaded truck.
