My Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTD has been in the shop at Bomnin Chevrolet West Kendall for 17 days. They are still waiting for the part (Fuel Pump Control Module) needed to fix my truck. This is excessive and unacceptable. I will surely consider buying my next vehicle from another company other than Chevrolet!! Is there anyone who can help? I have called 800 222-1020. If they would at least give me a loaner I would not be as upset!!

You might investigate if your sttate has lemon laws and if they apply to your vehicle, if so, the dealership and GM may be able to find the part a little faster to avoid having to buy back the vehicle.

I was writing out a complaint and I get a message that something went wrong, my message disappeared! So in a nut shell the service department has done nothing but lied to me,and the dealership has not really done anything about it. I think that the service people are taught how to BS warranty work and must think everyone is a dummy. According to GM I was totally lied to, again!

Chevrolet corporate number is: 1 (800) 222-1020. My truck was in the shop for a month, but once I contacted the corporate office, the work was completed within a few days. My sincere thanks to Joyce from corporate!! I don't know why Bomnin Chevrolet West Kendall had to wait for the corporate office to get involved. Had they offered me a loaner, I wouldn't be so upset. I had been thinking of upgrading to a newer model, but because of Bomnin's lack of customer service, I will now think twice about purchasing another chevy!!

What if the dealer is the problem?
You rent a truck, fab a pusher front end for it, then put your vehicle in front of this rental truck, then use the rental truck to push it up to a decent speed, aiming the vehicle right at the dealer's showroom. Bonus points if you throw a molotov ****tail into the showroom right after this.

Or you could go to another dealer.

Find another dealer gets you somewhere. Unlike what happened in SLC, where he drove it into the place... literally  .
