Any word on when pricing will be released?

- Mosaic black or Nightfall Gray (need to see both in person)
- Red fender hash marks
- Gray painted machine faced wheels (would rather have forged...)
- No ground kit

I love the Ceramic White interior option, but that wouldn't age well at all, so black interior it is. That interior is so much better than the 5th Gen, in my opinion. Like new Viper to old Viper improved. I love it.

My guess is a month before they go on sale. GM waited forever to release pricing on the 5th Gen as well.

As always I find the GM color palette to be the same old boring selections. There's some good choices like the bright blue. The garnet red still looks good but is getting too familiar. Where's the metallic orange? How about a polo green? They could take some lessons from Dodge.

I know that I'm in the minority. To me the car world these days is a boring sea of silver, gray, black, and white (though I like white). Bleah.

Agreed in full. I'm surprised they didn't bring back an orange given it was so popular in the 5th Gen. I miss my Inferno Orange Metallic 2010 2SS!!

$2000 price increase... so the base model car starts at $26,695. That's just about $3000 higher than Mustang's starting point.

That's pretty substantial in my opinion. There is a younger segment of the population that just wants a 'pretty fast' sports car. Then there's another segment of the population that just wants to look cool. When they see the Camaro is $3000 higher, that may automatically send them to the Ford dealer.

I'm not saying it's a bad move. I like GM's strategy of higher ATP and not chasing volume. I'm just simply stating that the 6th gen Camaro may have a tough time holding the sales crown over Mustang, even though it's a much better car. Don't be surprised if there's people complaining in threads about how great the Camaro is but it can't outsell Mustang.

Kind of fun to play with.
Yes ... & expensive to watch the price go up ... LOL!

I like the wheels on the black one, but the stripe on the white one ... I think. Still want to see this in person.

They are offering a new "true Camaro" blade spoiler and it's way nicer on that car, very 3rd Gen looking actually.

What is truly surprising is the $37,300 entry level V8 SS BASE PRICE. I honestly think that's gonna be a mistake regardless of how good the car is. Many people just want a V8 and don't need a track ready 5th Gen 1LE beating car. Don't know what they're thinking honestly, everyone is gonna be over $40,000 easily with a couple options and a 2SS STARTS over that. Insanity really when a 1SS used to start right around $31,000 a few years ago.
