Looking at a 2011 2500HD with 200k miles on it. It's a nice clean 1-owner fleet maintained (with records) southern truck. It's nothing special, just another cheap beater for my crew to cut grass out of. The seller says the transmission is starting to slip though and has priced it accordingly. How much would I be looking at to replace a transmission or have it rebuilt? I have several other 6.0L 2500HD's and know that the engine is fine. So I figure throw another transmission in it and go another 200k with it.
