Every car looks better in black. It's a pain the ass to clean, but it looks really nice in the end...until it rains. My poor Envoy's covered in filth right now, and it really shows against the paint.
I couldn't live with myself if my garage wasn't filled with GMs. It's just a matter of personal loyalty to me. GM gave my dad a job so he could build us a house, send me to private school my entire life, provide for our family, so I feel like I should at least return the favor. And because other than Ford, I'm not a big fan of any other offerings from the other companies...especially crapyota.
The E-350 and M5 are there only because I truly believe they're very nice cars. And because I'm still high on the new car smell from my uncle's brand new 2008 Mercedes Benz E-350 4-Matic...little retirement gift for himself.
And yes, a Tahoe SS with the LS3 would be badass. Too bad the environmentalists would go ape**** on GM even more. :doh:

I defy anyone to show me an SUV that is better than a Tahoe.

It ain't perfect. I have had a lot of Ford and Chevy people ride in my Armada. I have heard word-for-word comments like, "whoa this thing is WAY faster than my truck!" And "I had no idea this thing could move like that!". But I can make an argument for the Tahoe too....I have driven 2 plus a Suburban. I LOVE the dash design (a clear "borrow" job from the Acura MDX). I rather enjoy the column shift because it frees up the center area. The thing looks amazing (#1 full size SUV). An SS version would definately be a good thing......you know, to keep up with the Armadas!
