...or afford someday? I got thinking that I think I'd have an NSX; you just don't see them

At this point in my life, with what I can afford?
I guess that would have to go to the Jaguar XF.
I'd like to be able to stretch it to an XF-R, but my bank account won't allow it.

I love the 5-series and the E-class, but there are just too many of them where I live. I want to be difference. And the XF gives me everything I need in a premium luxury sport sedan.

A dream car I'd like to be able to afford someday?? Jaguar XJR.

My "affordable" dream car is a black Saturn Sky Redline. The dream part isn't the price. It is the two-seater uselessness of it. I would love to own a car that beautifully useless. One can dream, practically.

Personally, I can afford a few Hot Wheels cars. :D

Factor my parents' money in, and we could probably get a 2010 Camaro LT RS.

The car I've always wanted, even since I was a little kid: GMC Yukon XL Denali.

I've put about 40k miles on my "useless" Reatta

I think my other choice would be an 8 series Bimmer

CTS-4 DI in Raven Black over Ebony with the Premium Collection.

I figure $50K is doable at some point in the near future. By the time I can afford it, however, something else could be captive of my automotive desires.

If I was reckless with my bank account and practicality was of no concern, I'd get a Lotus Elise or Lotus Exige.

If I lived within my means, realistically I'd probably get a Mini Cooper or Volvo C30 or search for a "new" 2006 Saab 9-3 SportCombi hidden at some rural dealer.

I can't imagine myself shelling out $20k for a new vehicle so the dream car that I will afford myself is probably a Mazda3 hatchback, Toyota Prius, or the future "euro" Ford Focus 3/5 door hatch/wagon.

and for the afford someday? When I break the 6 figure mark, I might allow myself to splurge (if my current car dies) on a Mini Cooper or Volvo C30 (I doubt I'd find a "new" 2006 Saab 9-3 SportCombi by that time...and I find the 2007+ refresh to be way too gaudy for me)

The dream car that I can afford is the one I own, a 2006 Pontiac GTO... since I can afford it, I have it.

The dream car I can afford someday (after paying off the goat) is a big Cadillac or Buick that isn't the garbage they have now (note I said "big", not "mid-sized" like the CTS).

My dream car that I could maybe afford now if I stretch my dollars that don't exist is a 2009 Buick LaCrosse that has an interior of the next generation LaCrosse (AKA Invicta). I can honestly say that if the '08/'09 LaCrosse had an interior that wasn't as lame as the current one, I'd have one because it's so elegant looking and I don't see that many around here at all (one of the reasons I got the GTO instead of a 350Z).

Right now, If I streached abit, and make my wife mad, Buick Enclave.

For myself Still streaching our means
G8, Camaro or CTS, Sportcombi XWD, Tahoe LTZ, I love the Tahoe, in black

Realistically if we had to replace a car now, Perhaps a HHR SS is the max we can go, but since we already have one of those, (a HHR LT) we probably would buy a Chrysler Minivan and I would get the HHR. But My corolla is like new, and it has over 103 K miles on it. So, probably no new cars until 2012. I also want a PT cruiser Turbo

Oh, I don't know if I can name just one! I want so many out there!

Porsche Boxter or Chevy Avalanche- depending if the kids are in the house or not. I've always wanted to own a Porsche before I die, but I'd also love to trade my truck for a new Av too. Hmmmm......

There are a few Eldorados in my area, under 100K miles in great shape........just not quite attainable given my current job. :( If I had to go new though, I could see myself in a black Solstice hardtop/coupe......

I think I'm about to buy a dream car. Pontiac G8 GT, the GXP or 2010 Camaro would be nice but this is going to be a car that I drive all year around. The new Cobalt SS Turbo would be sweet also, but there's just something about having some good old American Muscle powering the rear wheels! :)
