What Convertible CTS-V Should Look Like

Of course there should be a Pillarless Coupe and a Convertible

But why, when they are changing the front clip and fender stampings anyway, did they not go a step further and do the full Elmiraj grille treatment....?

Re: What CTS-V Should Have Looked Like

IMHO it looks great just the way it is. No need to mess with it.

The Coupe you made looks great, though.

Re: What CTS-V Should Have Looked Like

I see minor changes to the grill. I like the original more.
Re: What CTS-V Should Have Looked Like

So, you've effectively added the Elmiraj's chrome strip down the body and hood!

Honestly, I think the CTS is a great looking car but they've tried to make it look far to alpha in V form. Being ultra high performance doesn't mean you have to abandon elegance!
Re: What CTS-V Should Have Looked Like

Please don't take offense to your fine effort....make it more el mirage....

The production version looks so much like an ATS v....I can barely tell the difference with them not side by side..

The Germans do the same thing to build brand identity and get journalist acclaim....

I just call it boring and a bit lazy...

Maybe the CT6 will pull off the previous Cadillac showcar wow..

Re: What CTS-V Should Have Looked Like

The coupe looks very nice.
Re: What CTS-V Should Have Looked Like

The car looks great the way it is, absolutely no changes are needed.
Re: What CTS-V Should Have Looked Like

The modified gives a little more class to the front end.

Now do SOMETHING to the rear to make it look attractive. :D

Re: What Pillarless Coupe CTS-V Should Look Like

A pillarless coupe would be so sweet. Come on the E-Class can do it without making the car a tank so lets not use that as an excuse.
Re: What Pillarless Coupe CTS-V Should Look Like

Man I'd better bring some Soft Peter with me to the car show, or I'm going to be arrested for dry humping that damned sexy car @ the show.

Re: What Pillarless Coupe CTS-V Should Look Like

I've given up on GM ever offering up a pillarless coupe again.

Salt parter is Potasium Nitrate, and does NOT work as an anaprodisiastic.
Re: What CTS-V Should Have Looked Like

Well... it at least doesn't have that DHS look anymore.

How about some clear taillights instead and chrome accent strip on the lower portion of the doors?

I know I looked it up before I posted, some people would get it,some people wouldn't and some people would debunk it. I see what type of person you are ;), Betty Buzzkill.
