I say 80-83, I remember the 1984's had "European-style" orange blinkers integrated with red brakelights

Ceiras didn't have real steel bumpers as I remember, I'm leaning towards Delta 88....absolutely an Oldsmobile though.

80 & 81 taillamps, IMO were plain as pictured....I think 82 & 83 had a "ridging" on the lamp surface...

and 84 & 85 had amber turnsignals...

I used to know the difference of the grilles too...but I'm out of practice.
