Sorry Burt, this is now the coolest Trans AM in the world. It's a 7-foot wide, 700 hp monster that wears the most twisted set of headers this side of the bundle of snakes GT40.

As delivered, the 1970 Trans Am was 73.4-inches wide. Now, it's got an 84-inch track. This chicken has been stretched. The owner did all the panel beating himself, along with that sweet, sweet exhaust. That exhaust vents a naturally aspirated V8 that revs to 10,000 and puts 700 hp to the wheels.

The car debuted at SEMA last year, in the Vibrant Performance booth. There's almost nothing stock about it, so for an in-depth look and a walk-through from the guy who built it.
