Here are my new HIDs for the Aurora. Here are some afternoon pics. The foglights appear to be very blue in these pictures, but they aren't blue in real life. I can't wait until the night, then I'll have some really great pics. Find spaces for the ballasts was pretty simple, we didn't even take off that front brace. We popped in the ballasts behind the headlights and the just plug n played. Definitely a worthwhile uprgrade, here are some pics:

Overall I absolutely love the car. It's really going to be hard to part with it. I am getting about 17MPG though, which hurts, but as you can attest to Long Island traffic, it's not horrific for that kind of driving. There are some issues, but it is a used car.

1) Tons of lights are out inside the dash, all of which are LED lighting, which means I need to replace the entire unit, which I will not do.
2) Driver seat heater doesn't work, but I haven't really had the desire to see how much it costs
3) I just got done paying roughly $400 to replace my windshield wiper module because it stopped working (plus an oil change).
4) There seems to be rattiling from the rear of the car as you go over bumps, which I think are the shock mounts.
5) My friend says that the intake manifold is starting to leak, so I am gonna have to show that to my mechanic before it gets worse, but lord knows that's not gonna be cheap to fix.

It's so annoying because it's such an awesome car, but I can see that the time that will be spend, and money, will be great. I still couldn't sell her for the world, at least not yet.

Blue lights are so damn annoying. What's the point? The only people who have to deal with them are the poor souls who have to squint while driving. I wish they would outlaw them.
They look much bluer in the pictures, than they are in reality. My "Blue lights" have a much crisper light output. I can see things in front of me much clearer because of reduced glare and a clearer outline, especially in black. "Super Blue" and Violet headlights though, I agree, are pretty annoying.
