Does the malibu or Aura tell you what # gear you are in when your in Drive or Semiauto?

In drive no, but when in manual mode yes it does.

So it will actually say # 1,2,3,4 and so on?

When in manual mode, it will say in the DIC M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, and M6 when you're in that gear. But, it kills the DIC functionality so you won't be able to access miles driven, MPG, etc.
