Is the Vauxhall Monaro the only example of a Australian Aboriginal word being used as a car model name in the rest of the world? ie not Australasia / Oceania?

I would imagine so. I dont think the Torana got sold anywhere else but Oceana especially under that name. South Africa had Vauxhall Firenza's rather than the Torana. The only other chance I can think of is the Bolwell Ikara as the project got on sold to greece i think when Bolwell gave up on it. Dont know what they did with it though.

Daimler Dingo scout car
There was a Mitsubishi Dingo too

Simca Canguro ;)

Taipan kit-car?
Maserati Boomerang (1971/2 Giugiaro concept - precursor to Lotus Elite etc)

Other than that, the incomparably named Hodaka Combat Wombat motorcycle, plus the Dingo trench-digger and those old but still impressive Canberra bombers are the only other motorised things that spring to mind :)
