holy mother! 500hp! i think perhaps there's room in GM for more than one powerhouse. corvette is and always should be the ultimate GM sports car, but that's not to say that there shouldn't be other, more powerful vehicles in the stable. and as someone nicely pointed out, the vette can't compete with EVERYTHING. it's a 2-seater, and there's quite a market for powerful cars with a back seat. like the CTS-V plus!
