Are you kidding? they look awesome!
what praytell looks so awsome??
I'm sure it will make a world of difference when you see the car with out the wraps. I'm sure we all wish we saw a Cadillac 7-series spy shots about now though.
the lines just look generic even with the camo
Unfortunately, they do look a bit.... plain.
I am in the extreme minority of people who really loved Bangles designs -- especially the 5 and 6 series.
I really hate the toned down 3 series.
i agree, boring, looks like a volvo... not like the concept they put out

it makes two of us!
Bangles design was too soon. ahead of its time

First thing I thought....smooth like a Volvo but plain.....

I actually prefered the 7 series when the new design first came out...the current one is far more bland and sedate
Doesn't matter what it looks like the target audience will still buy them. They could put an Aztek body on it, slap that white and blue badge on it and it'll sell like crazy.

They know they don't have to try and so they don't.
Yes, this tells me that the Domestics have a great opportunity to pass the Euro cars here.
I think that I like where this is going. I'm not sure as to how toned down the front of the 7-series is, however, the side profile is really nice, especially for a vehicle of its size, and the rear 3/4 is looking pretty good also. I'm thinking we will still be seeing a bit of a "Bangle-butt", however, not as extreme as we saw with the previous 7.

The way that they have the padding set up on the rear makes it look like we will be seeing a bit of a step but with much more flow to it. I do see the tail lamps sweeping up and forward into the side of the car, much along the lines of the CS concept. The front lights do look like they will be seeing something more along the lines of the 3-series coupe; definately not the much more angular lights that we saw on the CS concept.

With the 5-series, well, nice shape to it, other than that though, it is difficult to make any comments since it still has so much cladding on it. Can't wait to see more...

Shut up BMW troll :p:. Plain and boring but without that ugly nose it may be acceptable unlike the current 5/7 which have even more ugly parts.
What the hell happened? My friend's dad's M5 looks 10 times better than that. It's like BMW's stepping backwards instead of forwards.
Your friend's dad's M5 has nice wheels, exhaust and performance package that makes it look much better than the stock M5. Such things including black color make wonders to ugly cars.
I think they looks a bit plain, too.

I also love the Bangle designs, too.
I'll wait for the official photos, but based on the spy photos, I like the slimmer look of the new 7-series.

I like the Concept CS inspired front end.

It looks like the 5-series will also get a similar treatment.
