First ever spy shots

(interior and exterior shots)

Spies have snapped the first ever pictures of Cadillac's CTS Wagon, albeit with plenty of disguise. Luckily, our illustration from earlier this month how Cadillac's CTS Wagon will look when it debuts later this year or early next. Expanding on the successful CTS franchise, this new model will fill the gap left by the SRX when it is discontinued. Down to the details, this is what GM has in store for its first true wagon of the "art and science" variety.

If it comes out looking like the renderings, I can't help but think of a very edgy, Saab 9-3 Sportcombi, with the taillights going up the back pillar.

WOW. That is a HUGE pillar in the back (last interior shot). Jesus...and is that a console for the back seat? And GM needs to get over it and start putting a headrest for the middle seat!

Does anyone see anything odd is this picture?
Are you referring to the center armrest that would hit the console? Or possibly the center seat belt that from the current view looks like it is not really a seat?

That HUGE panel over what should be the rear-quarter window. I've been looking at that and wondering if it's just a temporary thing for testing, or the inside of a large, thick D pillar. It looks too highly finished to be temporary.

And that funny looking fairing in the center of the headliner? What's up with that? Wait, that's probably a hinge for the rear hatch.

I wonder if that engineer/ driver has any idea that the image of his back-side is flying literally all over the world right now?
