Interesting show on Speed Channel this morning. Basically it's a 1 hour commercial. They've had several, and today it's featuring the 2008 BMW M3.
Impressive ride. They had a brief tour of the M Plant in Munich, and one of the reasons the M is such an impressive car is cuz it is bread right from the ranks of their racing experience. The BMW Power engines in the M are made by the same guys who build their F1 engines, for instance. I'm a Chevy guy through and through, but you got to respect what BMW has done.
Pontiac could be this good if they got more of a manufacture involvment in road racing. Such as the Rolex Series and Koni Challenge, at a minimum. I personally would like to see a Pontiac entry in the ALMS either as a P1/P2 or GT2 car.
