I went and looked at a red GT, the poor guy thought we were looking because my dad mentioned that I get my license the next week and kept trying to do a sales pitch.

Either way he said that he's sold two, has no markup on any of them, had a red GT and a white Sedan on the lot (one was in the show room), and they're getting ten more this year total. Pretty awesome car in person! I'd love to have one, that's for sure. I still don't know if I'd take it over a black on black STS V8 though..

You beat me to it. I clicked on this thread hoping to see a nice real world shot of a red G8. I can't get enough of them. Red and black are my two favorite colors for the G8.

Yea, my camera is at home. Plus, I find it kinda rude to take a picture of someone elses car and post it on the web. I suppose it would be OK as long as I blotted out the temporary license plate. But still.

I haven't seen it since this morning, so he/she must have been here for a meeting. I'm sure I'll find out whos it is though. We tend to know who drives all the "nice cars". This guy at my former employer in NM knew who drove all the Mustangs, Corvettes and Camaros. So if you saw a nice car you didn't recognize, talk to him.

I went and looked at a fully-loaded red GT...man those are lookers. It was a stunning vehicle sitting in the dead center of the showroom of this particular dealership. It was the first G8 they had gotten in and it was ALREADY sold. A guy that bought one of the last GTO's bought this G8 GT. The dealership was bummed out that the guy was not trading in his GTO...they said it was in mint condition. It must be nice to have such a fine collection of new Pontiacs.

I went to go pick my friend up from school today and a parent at the school bought the red GT at my dealership. Man that car looks awesome, I said "man I'm gonna ask if he'll trade my SS for that Pontiac" as a joke and nobody knew which car was the Pontiac-- if you ask me, that's a good thing!

I wonder if the sales are going better than expected. Folks seem to be seeing them about, much more so than the GTO. It'll be interesting to know how many are coming over monthly and how many are being sold. Any figures?
