In that alternative universe, when GM is liquid. Unfortunately I have to apologize for the sarcasm but where have you been the last 2 weeks? Everybody everywhere is wondering if there will be money to buy food, and GM's stock is $5.00. Nothing will be built if GM is out of business, and this is the way it's is looking right now.

I've been hearing February. Check solsticeforum.com. Less gloom and doom there. :^)

I've heard February as well. I've already seen advertising for it.

GM has problems, but I think they'll still be around in February.

From the Solstice forum
http://www.solsticeforum.com/forum/...coupe-information-updates-10-16-2008-a-51410/

Here is the latest on the 2009 Solstice Coupe.

* GM AutoBook (when next updated) includes the initial information.

* On-Line Order Guides will be updated over the weekend.

* The Order WorkBench system should be live October 23rd.

* Pricing should be announced by December (or in December). For now think LA Auto Show, towards the end of November.

* No special or specific allocation process at this time. Will be included with the Roadsters in teh Solstice allocation group. ALlocation will be based on 12-months sales, and the more traditional consensus system.

* Not sure if next week's allocation cycle will include Hardtops, or when actual production will start.

* Looking at AutoBook, it appears to equip out just as the Roadsters do.

* Soft Top Package (including a storage bag for the Hard Top) is on the order list.

Those are great cars...can't wait to see them in the showrooms sitting next to G8 GXPs! Two very sweet rides!
