...And I'm thrilled. I must say that it's one of the most imposing cars I've ever seen in person. He'll probably be getting it anywhere from 1.5-2 years from now (Just in time for myself to get my permit! ;)), and it'll most likely be an SE, or if it gets decent enough fuel mileage, a R/T. He really likes Deep Water Blue quite a bit. Hopefully time will fly. :D

Well, I wish him luck with it. Let us know next year whenever he actually buys one. Gotta admit that would be a pretty dumb decision on his part. Buying that car around the same time a youngster gets his license is just asking to get raped by his insurance company.

A little early for this thread though, isn't it?

I'm not sure I'd have survived having regular access to a '09 Challenger with the top engine during my first couple years with a driving license (which I got the day I turned 16, being a car nut).

Be careful with it. (Remember this advice in 2 years when you'll be behind the wheel.)
