I would not be too sure that GM wont build this car, it and the Nomad both look very production ready, and I am sure that GM wants to spread the production costs of designing a whole new platform (kappa) just for the Solstice, expect to see at least 2 variations of this platform.

I do like a hidden yellow lights along the side of the console. This car fits in line for Saturn, really in todays market $20,000 for this car is not unreasonable nor expensive.

As a young male soon to be graduating college, let me say that this saturn doesn't really appeal to me at all. Maybe if they changed the front. From the side and rear, it has an almost pleasant ford probe vibe. This saturn reminds me too much of Peter Griffin's "small ***** compensation car" from Family Guy. (Sorry to be negative but i kinda had to say it) I'll take a cobalt SS with lo-pro tires please hehe -Matt

i like the car a lot ...but im curious where does saturn fit in at gm?
i mean pontiac is pitted against bmw for performance and luxury i guess, chevy is the bread and butter of gm(import fighter?), buick is the poor mans luxury i guess, and caddy is well...real luxury. so where does saturn fit in?

SEATs are butt ugly... just disguised VW. You mean the Salsa concept? that was the only sweet SEAT I've seen.

A lot of thoes concepts looked pretty good and a lot better then what GM has been pumping out for some time. That Charger concpet looked pretty dam good to me.

where is the esterio?
There's a volume knob and a tuning(?) knob on the console of the concept. In one of the pictures, the display says "CD"- so I'm guessing there's a changer in the trunk or under the seat?- or- maybe just a pretend CD changer. :) The production version is sure to have a stock unit-- similar to the one in the production Solstice.

According to a FOX NEWS CHANNEL segment, Saturn "could make" a "small coupe". They were talking about a reorganization of Saturn into a more traditional GM division. A couple of times, they hinted to a "small coupe" and a few other key product launches to "double Saturn sales by the end of 2005."
