Where's Sonoma when you need him...

Hey guys, I'm picking up a '94 Buick Century wagon soon. It has power locks but not remote keyless entry, though I know it was optional on these. Can I add it by simply getting a module with a remote and plugging it in (somewhere)?

How do you feel about after market systems?

Its not gunna be a "plug and play" but it would be possible with some wiring and know how.

I'm willing to wire one...I've done it before but was an all day job and I'd say I'm pretty good with working with wiring. I may decide against an alarm/remote start/pager system and just use the OEM RKE.

My dad doesn't like the idea so much because I installed an aftermarket power/remote lock system in his E350 but the modules have gone bad a few times
