OK. So I am getting a little jealous of my friends setup in his car. He hops in, and the car detects the bluetooth signal from his phone, and let's the phone be controled via radio controls. I just think that's pretty dang cool.

So anyways, I have an 05 Monte, and I have noticed that a lot of functions can be / are controlled through the stock head unit. So what happens if I replace the head unit? Will things like tire pressure monitoring warning lights have to be reset through the ODB connection then? Or is there a recommended factory upgrade to the stock radio that has bluetooth and nav? Is there anything critical that I would lose access to if I replace it?
