Question About GM Card Top-Off Program

I have not yet received a GM Card Top-Off offer. Do some people receive them, and some don't? If I don't receive one, can I contact GM Card and request one? Thanks.

I also am curious about this also. I received the top off offer last year but not this year. Is the selection just luck of the draw or is there some type of requirements you must fall into to be eligible? Of course this is the time we were looking to purchase and now I'm debating at just looking at a Kia instead of the Malibu.

Did Kia send you a top-off offer?
I think there are a couple different offers going. Normally my January promotion was a "top off" offer and I'd get my earnings rounded up to the next thousand dollars. For example, $1,400 would get "topped off" to $2,000. This year, 2015, I instead got a "bonus offer" of a flat $1,000 over my existing earnings balance. Maybe it's a function of how much earnings you had to begin with?

The special offers have a unique code. If GM didn't send you one I think you're out of luck. Some never get them, some always get them, and some get them half the time. The only thing that seems to be consistent is they always come out the first Monday in January.
Unless some GM Card representative come here and give us a reason, other wise any answer provided here are just an assumption, my suggestion to anyone that want to know why they didn't get one, call the GM card 800 number and ask them.

On another subject, if anyone are interesting in purchasing a GM vehicle(s) I am a GM employee, I can offer you a "GM Supplier/friend discount"
https://www.gmsupplierdiscount.com/
the discount isn't much but it is better then nothing, and you can combine it with cash/rebates( https://www.gmsupplierdiscount.com/offers ) and GM Card Top off if they offer any.
Go do your dealer/car shopping, find the deal you want then PM me, and I can send a code within half hour after I received your message.
((((((((( You will need your prospect's date of birth and ZIP Code to obtain their GM Supplier Discount for Friends authorization number online. Eligible employees can request one (1) GM Supplier Discount for Friends authorization number per month. ))))))))))))

Happy car shopping.
