I have read a lot of positive reviews about it when they compare it to the only other vehicle that really compares against it, the Dodge Charger, the Pontiac is a better ride
Hmm. Most of the reviews I read about it compares it to BMWs, still favorably.I have read a lot of positive reviews about it when they compare it to the only other vehicle that really compares against it, the Dodge Charger, the Pontiac is a better ride
I agree that it compares well with the BMW 5M Series. 400 HP 400 ft/lb stock with 0-60 numbers that are better than the BMW M5...Hmm. Most of the reviews I read about it compares it to BMWs, still favorably.
May be my next car if the lease rates get better.
The G8 makes 361/385 not 400/400, secondly there is no GXP....yet.I agree that it compares well with the BMW 5M Series. 400 HP 400 ft/lb stock with 0-60 numbers that are better than the BMW M5...
The BMW M5 396 HP 390 ft/lb torque.
The look of the G8 is very BMW in my opinion and the interior looks like a custom Beemer interior to boot.
The BMW M5 (which is the only sedan BMW makes with similar demensions as the G8 GXP) lists at 98,000.00 vs the G8 GXP in the high 30's.
The G8 is a winner!
Not to mention the M5 makes 500 HP. There is a GXP, just hasn't been released yet with a detuned LS3 making just above 400 HP.The G8 makes 361/385 not 400/400, secondly there is no GXP....yet.
I'm about as close as it gets right now, I can almost see the US from my house!Thats why my friend you need to move the the good ole US of A.
We don't get to order our own G8s in Canada, at least this year.WTF!?When is it coming to Canada?
I just went to www.gmcanada.com and it says "Coming Soon." I wanted to build one on there.
Wow. Just, wow.How many a dealership gets is based on how many Grand Prixs they sold, we used to sell about 100 per year so GM figures we can replace that with 9 G8s. We'll see how that goes.
