I hope they attract a younger audience than that... :p
Where did you get those pics !!!! WOW

The convertible and coupe models just look great!!
Looks like the tail lights flare over the rear fenders ala the Solstice. That'd be a nice touch.

Still too bad about the interior, esp. considering the Solstice. Maybe the 2 door versions will have the nicer insides.
Sweet, glad we could get a spy pic. I am so glad they changed the styling a little for the coupes and the convertable. I cant wait until these things come out, maybe we can take away chryslers tilte as americans favorite convertable.
Don't remember specifics about the taillights, interior, etc. but the coupe was in Vegas at the dealer show and that looks very similar. Notice the differentiation between the sedan and coupe. GM is finally designing a coupe to be a coupe, not just a 2 door version of the sedan.
WOW I like the coupe!! Ill take one in GXP trim witha blown 3.9.
Uncanny Toyota Celica resemblence in the coupe & convertible, but I always thought the Celica is a nice-looking car:

Similar roofline

This Celica 'vert was on the auto show circuit a few years ago. G6 designers certainly liked it!

Am I missing something? I can't tell enough from the picture to form an opinion much less honestly compare it to anything. I know I will probably like it but we need some more pics to really get our opinions formulated. At least, IMO. Good find, though!
Wow- the coupe is going to be awesome! The rear actually reminds me of the new Z-car though... But it's all good- it will fit nicely into the lineup next to the Solstice.
Im loving the coupe, but Ill stop from drooling till I see some proper pics. :)
I love the convertible (from what I can see...) Anyone know whether it's actually a folding hardtop or not? I don't see an exposed top like on my Cutlass Supreme. The G6 convertible (or the Solstice...if it's big enough) will be my next car. I'm hoping a 6spd/18" wheel/3.9L combo will be available.

One more thing... Can anyone determine whether the 'vert is riding on the G6 sedan's wheelbase or a smaller one?

Thanks!

Hm- good question.

I have no information, but since the G6 has the same wheelbase as the Malibu MAXX (?), my GUESS is that the coupe and vert may have the shorter wheelbase of the regular Malibu.

I doubt it, the wheels look pushed out to the corners just like the sedan, and with all the praise about the 'class leading wheelbase' I doubt they'd go any shorter.

With the G6 Coupe being 2+2 seating, does anyone know if it's going to have the center console extend all the way through the back like in the concept? That would be a great way to differentiate it from the sedan.

Indeed- I think you are correct. I did some measuring on the pictures, and though all of my math was very rough, I think the wheelbase on the coupe is the same as the sedan. But even without that, your comment about the praise of the long wheelbase makes alot of sense- I wasn't thinking about that. The car isn't a monster, so it would make sense to leave the wheelbase/car as long to add stability and interior space.
I hear alot of complaints about this car. If you goto pontiac website and look at their photos the car actually looks pretty good. It has almost a audi refinement to it. I need to see it in person, but it looks light years better then any other pontiac (except the new solstice, which i think is a marvel to look at). The sedan looks good i know the coup will impress me more.
