Every panel (except the wheels, but meh) are changed in some way. Tried to keep this somewhat realistic, so it's not soo far our there as to be total fiction.

The Chevy & Corvette fans would have a tizzy over this.
Not enough differentiation.
If Pontiac were to have a Corvette-caliber car, Pontiac should be smart & wise enough to call it "Banshee" in a ode to the late John Delorean(sp)!
