I picked the Insight because I like the rear and profile better. However it was really close, because the Volt's front end looks awesome.

The Insight has a fish-mouth look to it ready to suck in a baited lure.

The Volt's front end looks like a robot face getting ready to bit a chunk of a passers-by calf muscle. ;) I like that.

The Prius concept is a joke....nasty.

The Volt by far. The Prius and Insight are clones, disgusting looking clones at that, and the 2010 Prius, while interesting, is still not an attractive interesting.

I will say that the lack of frameless windows, or at least windows that appear to be frameless as well as the way that the front window is chopped up, are definately things that detract from the Volt.

I voted VOLT
but what I really mean is
2008 - tie: Mariner / Volt
2009 - tie: Milan / Mariner / Volt
2010 - 1st place: new 'whitespace' small Mercury
____ - 2nd place, tie: Milan / Mariner / Volt

The Insight looks really similar to the Volt and i really hate the look of the 2010 Prius prototype.

Current Prius FTW.

Just kidding.

The Insight isn't terrible, but I hate the profile. The Volt is the best looking of four relatively unattractive cars.

I also voted for the Volt. IMO, it sets a new standard for how a high tech vehicle should look. The '04 and up Prius rendered the back seat useless for anyone with any height. The new Insight will suffer from the exact same problem given that it is basically a carbon copy with some tweaks to the cosmetics. The Volt looks like it should at least have the hope of fitting adults in the back seat.

I have FINALLY figured out what the Volt's side profile reminded me of:

1985 Ford EXP.....yep I said it! Focusing on the 4+" inches of unnecessary black vinyl below the glass.

I want to like the design of the Volt. Actually, I do like it. But I just can't see myself driving that around. It seems too overdone. I'd feel a bit awkward. The Insight is fairly simple enough though.
