I notice a lot of cold air coming in to the passenger footwell during cold weather in my 2002 Tahoe Z71. Is this normal or I am just lucky? It gets to the point where the passenger's legs will become cold very quickly. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

I have seen this quite often in Canada, 1 of the doors in the heater hangs open. I have also seen a part missing before. your local dealership can help you out in no time at all
I can't get a dealer to make a repair. The TSB provided by GM is NOT a fix. Does anyone know what the real problem is?

I dont know but my fiancee complains about the cold air coming in on her feet in my 2001 Silverado. I thought she was crazy but maybe she is really feeling something. Are you all seeing this on the passenger side?

There is one more place (which I discovered while installing my new amp system). I ran the wires under the dash and out under the brake booster. There is a huge Rubber Grommet where the wiring harness comes through. If messed with or not factory installed correctly, it wiggles loose. This would be an area to check. You cant miss it! Who knows, maybe it will fix it.

cheers
