Is there a way to do more tracking than on the GM site. Order # BKRKDQ, it says it has been produced by shipping is delayed.

Only through your dealer or GM chat. You can ask for a live agent on GM chat but they haven't been giving up much information. If it has a VIN your dealer should be able to track it through Vin View.

Exactly correct. However vin view only works if your vehicle is past order status 3800.

Order # BKRKDQ, just like you said. If it's been produced it's probably on the GM inventory search listed as 'in transit'.

Your dealer is your best source for info. All other sources are gone away because in the eyes of GM it was hacking. If your dealer is unresponsive, shame on them. But you have to look at it from the dealer point of view, ordered vehicle don't make them any money until they arrive on their doorstep so many are not interested in providing any info on future sales, most salesman are only concerned with present day business because they might not be working there when your vehicle arrives.

That is a good sign. However, I would ask your dealer to be sure. GM chat is hit or miss on many things.

Not necessarily. It could be sitting parked with 1000's of other vehicles waiting for them schedule delivery, which could take some time.
