2004 Buick Lesabre about 52K miles.

I have motor oil puddling between the injectors on the rear of the lower intake of the engine. The leak is not severe, however new cars with that low of miles generally do not leak.

Is it Valve cover or the infamous lower intake gaskets leak. Car was dealer maintained and is still on Dexcool. It has been changed once at the 5 year point, the stuff is clean. It leaks no antifreeze.

I did buy an extended warranty so fixing it in not a big hit. It has already paid for it's self when the seat heater quit.

Have your intake pressure checked, that will tell you whether your intake gasket is leaking or not. It's likely your valve cover gaskets...and for $100, I'd let someone else do it.

Mine leak too...I just haven't gotten around to fixing them yet.

Not quite true. The gasket material GM used was not compatible with the Dexcool and this combination caused the gaskets to break down and fail.
