Did any of you read the article? It has a 500hp N/A 5.0 DOHC V8 under the hood. I'd be willing to put money that the wing is functional. The first thing I noticed about the car is the massiveness of the grille openings, exposing the two fans. Sure, there are some elements that are a bit over-the-top, like the size of the side exhaust and the wheels (20's??). But you know, I'd bet that it's probably well into Viper territory as far as performance goes. I'd love to see this get built, with some minor cosmetic changes of course, but I imagine it will be limited to the race track. The angle of the photos is not terribly flattering, though. I'll wait for some actual photos from the show before passing final judgement.
