LLN thinks something along the lines of the Canadian Acura EL? It will make my year if Toyota gives Lexus a rebadged US Corolla (although I doubt they would make it FWD). They are giving them their own Prius. Cadillac is coming out with a better car than the Saab sourced BLS, so it looks like the sub 3-series sedan class will grow in Europe and hopefully over here too. Is the BLS Front or AWD btw?

Seems to me that Lexus is losing its primary focus -- at least in Europe.
And that is the beginnings of a disastrous strategy!!!!

Lexus needs to quit taking pages out of GM's playbook!!!

yeah i was mostly kidding about the corolla but Toyota better deliver if it wants euro buyers they tend to be very snobby when it comes to new cars

Mercedes, BMW, and Audi all have small cars in their respective lineups, just not in North America.

The 1 series is now sold in NA, but BMW doesn't give us the option of a smaller engine like they do in Europe.

I don't see this as a bad move at all, just a competitive one.
