wtf is up with that gap between the hood and the front facia above the grills.

Every GTO I've seen has that.

It always makes me think the hood isn't completely shut.

ever notice thoes 2 big gaps in 4th gen TA's right in the front of the hood? All T/A's and firebirds have them.....

That's obviously a styling thing, it doesn't look like someone forgot to close the hood properly.

If you think otherwise, you probably should brush up on your general car knowledge.

On a another note, does anyone think maybe SLP will have a GTO Judge on display at NAIAS? Or maybe a Pontiac concept of the good GTO?

Even though I disagree about the Judge thing, I think the fact they are using Pontiac numbers is really cool.

I think it would be even better if by GTO389 or GTO400 they were talking cubic inches instead of horsepower though.

That way, Pontiac would be better separated from it's lesser Chevy cousins.

Do you honestly think it would so difficult to increase the cubic inches on an LS1?

A year ago, I probably would have said something similar.

But the new engines that are coming out from GM since the LS1 are worthy.

The LS1, for example, is as much traditional Chevy as it is traditional Pontiac. (i.e. not much)
