Automodular Corp. will open a 70,000-square-foot plant in Lordstown, Ohio, to support recent contracts from General Motors.
Dow Jones said production is expected to begin in early 2005 and annual sales at the plant are expected to be about $C5 million.
Automodular reportedly said it will sub-assemble and sequence components for the new General Motors Cobalt vehicle to be produced in GM's Lordstown, Ohio assembly plant.
