NAIAS: Cadillac CTS-V

Cadillac had their press conference and kind of disappointingly only reiterated what they released last month about the CTS-V.

Live photos will probably be coming soon and they did at least update the V-series page on their website. http://www.cadillac.com/v-series/2016-cts-v-sedan.html

Kind of disappointing really. Was hoping for a look at the new XT5(srx) or at least a teaser or concept of it.

This was really disappointing. We already knew about the CTS-V. No SRX, no other teases?
Well, it was a Buick and Chevrolet show, Cadillac just had to represent itself without taking the thunder from its sisters.

They just dropped some pretty big bombs, via ATS-V and CTS-V. It's already shaping up to be a pretty big year for them.

Still have a POS website. Lincoln's is better.

Since they are moving the Cadillac headquarters out of Detroit, they probably thought there is no point teasing anything there.
Color selection (or lack thereof) is disappointing. And only three boring interior choices? Really? No Morello Red or Twilight Blue?

Absolutely. How about using some of that $12,000,000,000 to overhaul your website, Cadillac?

Buick's website isn't bad.

I like BMW's, myself. MB's is terrible.
Although the interior selections are still warm and inviting, a little surprise of lack of brighter colors.

It's surprising that Red interior is missing

Especially when Cadillac is supposed to represent American optimism, now. Nothing less optimistic than two blacks, dark gray, a silver, and a white.

Not that dark blue is optimistic, but come on. How much does it cost to offer more paint options? They roll down the same lines as normal CTS's...

It's surprising that Red interior is missing
Meh... no, but their current "Morello Red" interior is pathetic, as has been discussed a thousand times already.

That, and the Twilight Blue they offer.

Morello Red sucks because they give you black seats with it in the CTS. It looks terrible.

I like that color also. One of my favorites along with black with carbon fiber finish with the V-Sport. It would look really sharp with the matching matte finish carbon fiber trim on the V.
