Hi guys I've been on a roll during the past two days First an old 09 ram tester that i spotted over at KFC and now these shots of a camoed CUV that decided to make an appearance. Unfortunately I have not been able to identify this particular CUV. I think it could be a equinox but I do not recall seeing roof racks on any of the other nox testers that were shot. Also This was taken on University drive nearby I-75 (which is in the heart of Chrysler territory). Sorry for the quality of the pics but i did not have my Canon in the car with me today and had to use the 2.0 megapixel camera on my Cellphone. Also i had to go to a seminar and was running late so i had to let this tester go to make it on time but I did get two shots enjoy.

That pic is so stinkin small! I had my nose pressed up against the laptop screen and still have no idea.
How about now? Next time I'll have My canon on me but I had to make do with what i had at the time

I didn't get a good look of the front when it turned around but from what i could tell it did look similar to the Nox. I just wonder what it was doing in Auburn Hills? It's pretty rare to see a GM tester out and about around there (I usually see Chrysler testers mostly) Again i wish i could've gotten more pics but The seminar i had to go to was important and i couldn't miss it. Otherwise i would've followed it to Milford if necessary

Thought so too at first but it did not look quite right. If it were the Kuga It would have been boxier and bigger and I do not think a redesign for the Ford edge is in the works right now. If anything it could have been either a new equinox or the GMC terrain

Hey thanks for posting the pics man! It could be almost anything... but we really like having shots like that, even if they're a bit blurry. Keep your eyes peeled... maybe you'll see it again!
Maybe but GM and ford testers rarely come through Auburn Hills and the Rochester Area (I usually see Chrysler testers most of the time). I did see the taillight and it did have the amber lens up top does that sound like the trademark of any familiar tester. i know its defiantly not the terrain. i looked at confirmed shots and the taillight camo does not match what is seen on this tester. however other than the roof racks the tailight camo does appear to match the nox's, its sports the same Zebra stripe camo and the overall shape seems similar. I'll keep my eyes peeled and I'll find a good place to store my canon

Hi 2b2 the camo was black stripes (you can see it a little better in the side on shot) and not fords style of camo which looks like someone spilled a can of jellybeans all over the car. Anyway i think this tester was a GM car but since you brought up the ford edge I will be going to MPG on Friday ( i got a day off from the evaluation program I've been going to) to see what i can find and possibly photograph. I'm hoping for a nude stang to show up but you never know

It isn't a Chrysler as they don't use the stripe camo. They have a love affair with the diaper camo.

It could be a GM, and maybe it was at Auburn Hills because of suppliers. Remember Continental, Borg Warner, and a few other LARGE suppliers are based in Auburn Hills.

Oh ok I'm just wondering though what other suppliers are based in auburn hills? i know Fischer automotive is over on Doris road and I've driven by borg warner a few times but I'm just curious on what other auto suppliers are in the area
