Here at TTAC World Headquarters, we’re all in lockstep agreement that Cadillac’s electric vehicle naming strategy is both awesome and timeless. Names like Lyriq and Celestiq defy any and all attempts at derision and joke-making. With that lie out of the way, let’s move on to the next addition to the brand’s EV stable: Symboliq. Cadillac Society recently […]

Geez Caddy...these cars better be outstanding to compensate.
If the name mockery catches on among the peasantry as it has here among GMI royalty, good freakin' luck. Did GM hire some consultants for this barf, or is it in-house talent?

I'm not enthusiastiq about these names. They're kinda pathetiq. Apparently, marketing thinks they'll resonate with the right demographiq.

Why not just spell the words properly?

Whose ever idea this was needs to be promoted to the unemployment line. If anyone thought that hearing 30 plus years later about the Cimmaron was bad...Wait until this bulltihs arsed scheme falls on its face.

As someone said earlier, maybe even in another post..."Once the public at large grabs on to the "IQ" in every name it's game ****ing over".

Too bad the execs at GMHQ couldn't get there heads out of their collective asses long enough to see the dopey mistake they're making.
