Got a new Canyon on order?
What’d you get!?
They have no idea but based off what I'm seeing from other people, it'll probably be 4-5 months before TPW.Nice! I really like that color. Did they give you an expected delivery date?
They said they wouldn't have a problem honoring it, which is interesting cause another branch of the same dealer wouldn't do it.Excellent choice FenwickHockey65! Hope the production and delivery process goes smoothly for your truck, and that you didn't encounter too much difficulty getting your dealership to honor GM Employee pricing.
Sadly had a similar experience, I literally had to walk her through the build. At first she tried pulling up a 2022 Canyon.Congratulations on your truck - great choice!
Took my daughter to a GM dealer on Saturday to look at a Chevy Tahoe. The salesman knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle, and confessed that he had only been on the job for three months. He had not received any formal training, and when I asked for his card, he went to the service desk, got out a piece of paper, and wrote down his name and email address. Handing it to me, he stated that his business cards were still on order.
Thank God I thought, that GM vehicles are selling themselves these days.

I don't either, but I figure 20 years for my Envoy (exactly, her build date was sometime in February 2003) is a good enough run. She's starting to show her age despite the relatively low mileage.Nice! As much as I don't want a new truck payment, I'm really tempted to go for a test drive.

Same here! If I were to purchase a 2023 Canyon, I'd go for 2WD since I don't intend to do off-roading. Elevation is the only trim level that offers 2WD.If I got a Canyon, it would be something pretty similar.
gee how hard is it to produce a business card in house - even if it is just a few to cover until your arrive?Congratulations on your truck - great choice!

This dealership sounds like a throwback to the 1980s. I will never forget my visit to the Pontiac dealership in Silver Spring, MD soon after the new Phoenix hit the showroom. I spoke to a salesman about the Phoenix on his showroom floor. He confessed that he had never seen the grille of the car that he was standing next to.Congratulations on your truck - great choice!
