I think the Continental's biggest weakness is a down market, BUT it was too watered down from the concept. IF there is a second Gen, it should move RWD (CD6).

Suicide doors are cool, but I doubt it would result in any additional sales. But I like they are finally trying to elevate Lincoln with unique products/interiors. That is good for the market and for us as the consumer.

They could be testing the waters to see if it's worth it to do a next gen on CD6 it would be low volume but so are other luxury flagships and they are still in demand for their segment.

Order bank for Special Edition (numbered) Black Label Lincoln Continental opens on Monday, December 17th.

Approx MSRP is 150k, with 5k deposit...until 80 sold.

Color options are current Continental Black Label selection, and includes all options available

So in the private Everything Lincoln group on Facebook someone posted pics of the Coach Door Continental. They made a few changes.

1. The 3rd window is an actual window now instead of filled in
2. The rear doors don't butterfly up
3. They added a black piece behind the B-Pillar
4. They changed the handles they no longer meet in the middle.
