They could be testing the waters to see if it's worth it to do a next gen on CD6 it would be low volume but so are other luxury flagships and they are still in demand for their segment.I think the Continental's biggest weakness is a down market, BUT it was too watered down from the concept. IF there is a second Gen, it should move RWD (CD6).
Suicide doors are cool, but I doubt it would result in any additional sales. But I like they are finally trying to elevate Lincoln with unique products/interiors. That is good for the market and for us as the consumer.
