It was really nice looking. It was like 23.5k Cloth tan looking inside, silver outside. I wanted to take a test drive, but I belive im too young(not 21 yet). Oh well, it looked like a really nice car. Also they had a whole line of Colorado's. no sport ones, but they had the 4dr Z71 there. They also had 2 Aveo's there.

I thought the same thing, but the guy at the Pontiac dealership told me that I only had to be 18--- I don't know what your dealership requires, but you might check on it if you haven't already.

On the LA freeways today I saw a truck pulling a bunch of Malibus. At first I thought I saw a Maxx, but it was full of the regulars :( I'm fairly sure I saw another truck with Aveos going south, but I was busy driving so you know

I got to test drive new vehicles when I was 14! But that is normal where I am from...

What's the latest word on a possible "Maxx SS" with the 3.9? I could definitely see myself driving one!
I don't know if they've approved it or not, but it shares the extended wheel-base Epsilon platform with the G6, so it's quite possible. Driving a Maxx SS with a 3.9L and a 6 speed would be very interesting B) .

Do you have a Maxx @ your dealership yet?
Got one coming -very- soon, in the next week or so. Maybe you all will luck out and get a picture of one with some goofy guy loving on it.

It(Maxx) looks pretty cool, I think this could be a sleeper hit with families.
When I look at the MAXX, I see the potential for "pimp-daddy" beyond anything else on the road. The long greenhouse, ultra-short rear, and longish hood cut a unique profile that would lend itself to blacking-out, chroming, and lowering. I've said it before, I think it'll be a sleeper with the cruisers. I call it "uber-swank."

The interior looked nice and as nice as other interiors of import models. Very nice smooth lines, nothing looks like it would jossle around and brake on ya. The cloth seats looked bah. Over all the car looked very nice. Its a small car too, my 95 taurus dwarfed it and I dont consider that car to be all that big. Its about as big as maybe a new 4dr accord. I went back the next day and poof its gone. I guess they either sold it, or put it in hiding.

The Colorado's interior looked great for a truck! Not f150 quality, but fords sedans dont have that kind of quality. The Colorado's interior outdoes its big brothers in looks 100%, except the grill. The grill on the Colorado is nice, but I like the sharper lines of the Silvarado. The tail lights were another huh for me because they dont look like they should be on a truck. And there is like a semi flare on the outside of the bed. The 4dr ones are very big, and about the size of a smaller tundra. Very tall, and looks like a great off road hauler.

The Chevrolet dealership near my job just got an Aveo hatchback in too...they look very small and funny in person..I think that Chevrolet should have named the car "Chevette", go for the nostalgia factor....
ha, i suggested that chevette be used for the cobalt awhile back.

drove by a dealership the other day. have to say, i was actually disappointed in the malibu's front end. i thought it was ugly when i 1st saw pictures. then the look grew on me, but now that i saw it in person it reinforced my original reaction. i hope, they make that extreme version, maybe that'll do something for me.

The Chevrolet Malibu Maxx and it's cousin, the Opel/Vauxhall Signum/Vectra, is the answer to a question nobody asked!!

Sorry guy's, but the new Malibu just doesn't do it for me and the Maxx look's even worse!! I prefer the Vectra!!

I saw one in New York last year, both sedan and Maxx, and I thought both models looked pretty good. Not great, but better than the past Malibus. The Maxx is inovative witch is good and it is very practical. I also like how their are high-class options available in them. Good job GM.

there are now tons more at the dealer, about 6 total. I havent seen them on the road, but then again around here, no one really likes smallish type cars. I havent seen many new malibu's out on the road. I finaly saw 2 SRX's, and 1 black XLR which makes it look like an F117A its so scary. I was waiting for a GBU to land in my lap after he flew past me.
