Is this the 2016 Lincoln MKX Prototype? Caught in the Wild [Spied]

Is this a glimpse of the 2016 Lincoln MKX crossover that the company is preparing to fight against the best from Germany, Japan, America, and beyond? Lincoln has just launched the all-new 2015 MKC as well as the refreshed 2015 Navigator. However, the plan continues with the upcoming 2016 MKX as evidenced and hinted by the Lincoln MKX Concept the company showed in April of this year.

It's interesting to have the MKX and SRX, key competitors to each other, get redesigned at around the same time. I wonder which will be the better product.....

Really like the prototype, especially the wheels, integrated turn signals in the mirrors, and taillights and integrated exhaust. Too bad the production car won't be the same.
