In The Garage: 2011 Tahoe Hybrid

That's right, today GM brought a 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe Hybrid to the GMI Garage. It is a fully loaded 4X4 model in Mocha Steel Metallic.

I hope you guys have some questions as this is (so far) an interesting ride...

Is it 2WD or 4WD? Are both versions available.

He stated it was a 4x4 in the first post.

Hopefully this will do better that the last batch of these. 1-2 mpg was hardly worth the additional cost.

I know GM is coming out with a Tahoe hybrid for the 2008 model year, but I was curious if it was able to use ethanol to power the gas motor like many of the non-hybrid GMs do now

2008?

I don't think any of the hybrids are E85 capable. They don't want that fuel sitting for months on end.
