Impala Taillights

Was wondering if anybody has seen any clear taillight treatments for the 2000-2004 Impalas? Thinking about purchasing a Impala SS, and clear round lenses would look nice on black. I know that the red plastic goes across the whole back, with a painted cover on top for appearance packages. Was wondering if there was a clear cover with red bulbs available. If so, where?
