I have a hard starting 1999 7.4 when warmed up.
Looking at other threads in this forum, it points to the fuel pressure regulator.
How much work is it to replace this?
Haynes manual says to remove coil, upper intake manifold and drain radiator...
Not sure if I have to drain radiator for this... any advise please post
