Car and Driver has an article about an H3 T in the Jan. 04 edition.

Built on Col/canyon chassis. They state it will recieve the turbo I5, in concept form anyway. Avail in SUV and Possibly "T" for truck. Check it out. I think it looks pretty awesome.

Link when avail.

SyK.....as usual.

I saw this. Very cool. It looked like a shorter wheelbase, too - more like a real Jeep competitor.

All I can say is "New Chevy Blazer" (or Jimmy), anyone? With a removable hard/vinyl top, less trim content and less powerful engine (just the I-5 would do) for better Chevy pricing, I think this would be doable without them looking similar. Just take the Colorado looks and apply them to the short wheelbase - adapt some of the better HUMMER off-roading capability/structure - add a convertible top - and Voila! Blazer.

I really like this truck version. I hope this is available soon! The chassis and drivetrain are all from the GM parts bin. Start the presses and start punching out those body panels! :bounce:

Pickuptruck.com has a great article.
