perfectly built: maybe he means ergonomics.
cheap: quality of interior not to quality he expected (plastics)...
So maybe they can both be right...

I like my interior, and hey, it won Car Interior of the Year in 2003 at the Auto Interiors magazine's 4th annual Interior of the Year Award (whatever that is)...

I suppose there could be more quality wood or metals. But the ergonomics and menu system is easy to use and feels nice to the touch....
