By far the best looking version of the Ultium trucks, really don't care for the Hummer or Silverado. If you can't find an EV truck you like from GM, you're out of of luck in general.

And really, what more could it be without a Frame? Same problem with a Ridgeline.
a ridgeline can haul 1000-1500lbs and go approx. 300 miles doing so, 400 mile range empty.
Do we know what this trucks payload and empty/loaded range is?
And then when the 'tank' is empty the ridgeline keeps going in 5 min., EV truck with a mega battery recharge time?

I believe the SIlverado EV payload is about 1250, which is down about 600 lbs (Model dependant) from the current IC trucks. More telling is; the ridgeline is 1510-1580 -- MORE than the full-size SIvlerado EV. :cautious:

I guess we can just call these EV trucks 'city' trucks, just like the EV 'city' cars. They just aren't going to work in rural america, and certainly not for work which is what most trucks do.

The majority of trucks sold these days are pavement princesses so this will be fine for many.

I just looked thru my phone. Of the 17 people I know who own pickups, 15 use them regularly as pickups (hauling stuff regularly). Add me and make it 16 users, 2 posers. And I'm not located in a 'farm belt'.
