IMO, I'd do it after the filter change...and dump the whole thing in IF you have a full tank...

Hey,
I bought some GM fuel treatment plus and a new fuel filter for my car... should I pour the treatment before or after changing the fuel filter? Also the bottle has to be much in it for my tank, will it hurt to pour in the whole thing?

Take it to the gas station when you fill the tank. Pour it in then fill the tank and that should mix it properly with the rest of the gas in the tank.
